About
The short version

I'm a product manager who came up through engineering — BSc in Computer Science from the University of Dhaka, then two years managing an engineering team at a Silicon Valley-backed startup before I found my real calling in product.

At Bongo, I've grown from PM to Lead PM across three promotions. Along the way, I've owned everything from subscription funnels and payment integrations to launching live EPL streaming — the kind of work where getting it wrong means millions of people have a bad Friday night.

Currently working with the biggest local OTT platform in Bangladesh, Bongo. Working closely with engineers and marketing and being able to make impactful features a reality has been an eye-opener for me. I have learned and unlearned, made mistakes, put out fires, and most importantly re-found my passion for product management. My time at Uptech Solution Ltd was short-lived but in no way short of learnings and experience. Documentation, stakeholder communication, and project management were my key responsibilities here. Working with multi-national clients enhanced my knowledge of global community and tech. I got hands-on with flow planning with developers — like mapping out a cash withdrawal model for a gaming portal.

I don't remember Engineering Manager being a common role in Bangladesh back then. I took a leap of faith there and it was rewarding in the end. I had the opportunity to work with some of the brilliant minds in the industry!
